**OUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY**
Weather can be unpredictable anytime of year in the Black Hills, please plan accordingly.

After your reservation is made, there will be a $10 per night charge for any cancellations made 15-30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations 2-14 days out will be charged $10 per night stay and a $30 cancellation fee, will be charged to your credit card, per site reserved.
**Cancellations 24 hrs before day of arrival will not be honored and your card will be charged for the entire stay.

***STURGIS RALLY CANCELLATIONS***
If you cancel within 15-30 days of your check-in date you will be charged the $10 per night stay and a $60 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 14-7 days prior to check-in, your card will be charged 50% of the original stay. Reservations Cancelled 1-6 days before check-in, your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation. So please plan your trip accordingly.
**Cancellations the day of arrival will not be honored and your card will be charged for the entire stay.
